What We Do in the Shadows isn’t just a mockumentary about vampires living in Staten Island and it isn’t just a hilarious comedy. Harvey Guillen’s familiar, Guillermo, is actually the perfect metaphor for a put-upon executive assistant. The show itself has already received nominations in the series, direction, and writing categories. Now it is time for Guillen (who even nailed a trope-avoiding coming-out storyline this past season) and Kayvan Novak, as the vampire Nandor, to be recognized as well.
